2 cup wild blueberries
.5 cup honey
2 cup whole milk vanilla Greek yogurt
Add blueberries and honey to a medium saucepan, bring to a boil over medium heat. Once simmering, stir constantly until it reaches a boil. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
Meanwhile pour 1 tbsp of yogurt into each popsicle mold and place in the freezer.
Once blueberry mixture has cooled to room temperature, gently fold in remaining yogurt. Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds and freeze overnight.
